CareLogic Terms of Use

What CareLogic is

CareLogic is a free quality engineering diagnostic operated by SQALogic Technologies, Inc. ("SQALogic", "we", "us"). It's a self-administered assessment that produces a Pulse Report on your organization's quality engineering posture, with an optional 1:1 deep-dive consultation. No fee, no subscription, no obligation.

These Terms of Use govern your use of CareLogic. By completing the diagnostic, you accept these terms.

Who can use CareLogic

CareLogic is intended for professional use by individuals representing organizations evaluating their quality engineering practice. You must be at least 16 years old to use it. If you're using CareLogic on behalf of an organization, you confirm you're authorized to do so.

What you receive

When you complete the diagnostic and verify your email, you receive:

• The Pulse Report — an automated structured read of where your quality engineering posture sits across People, Processes, and Products
• An optional booking link for a 1:1 deep-dive consultation with our team
• Optional annual follow-up communications about re-running the diagnostic

The 1:1 deep-dive consultation is free with no commitment to engage SQALogic for paid services.

What you agree to

When using CareLogic, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and diagnostic information to the best of your knowledge
• Use CareLogic for your organization's own evaluation, not for competitive intelligence on SQALogic's methodology
• Not submit automated or fraudulent responses that would skew our cohort analysis
• Not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or extract the diagnostic's question bank, scoring rubric, or report generation logic
• Not use CareLogic to harass, defame, or target any individual or organization

If we detect abuse, we may suspend or terminate your access to CareLogic without notice.

The Pulse Report — informational, not consulting advice

The Pulse Report is an automated output based on your diagnostic answers. It is informational and designed to surface patterns in your quality engineering practice. It is not:

• A consulting deliverable tailored to your specific organization
• An audit finding or compliance assessment
• A formal recommendation or professional opinion

Reliance on the Pulse Report's findings for material business decisions should be combined with the optional 1:1 deep-dive conversation or a formal consulting engagement.

Intellectual property

The CareLogic diagnostic, including its questions, scoring methodology, Pulse Report structure, and underlying intellectual property, is owned by SQALogic. Use of CareLogic does not grant you any rights to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of these materials.

Your answers to the diagnostic remain your information. We use them as described in our Privacy Policy.

Use of anonymized cohort data

We anonymize completed diagnostic responses and combine them into cohorts to improve CareLogic and publish aggregate market insights. We apply k-anonymity (k≥5) and remove all direct identifiers before any cohort analysis. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

No warranty

CareLogic is provided free of charge, "as is", with no warranty of any kind. We work to keep the diagnostic accurate, available, and operating correctly, but we make no guarantees about uptime, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Brief technical interruptions may occur.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SQALogic is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of CareLogic or your reliance on the Pulse Report. This does not limit our obligations under the Privacy Policy or any obligation we cannot lawfully exclude under Quebec or Canadian law.

Privacy

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy at sqalogic.com/en/renseignements-personnels/. Please read it carefully.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on our website. Your continued use of CareLogic after a change constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
